How do I install Nlytics?
Installing Nlytics is as easy as copying and pasting your NTag into your website. This NTag allows you to collect data from your visitors. We have guides to help you install NTag on various platforms that you can find here
Can I handle multiple sites on one account?
Yes! There is no limit to the number of sites you can manage in one account. You can have an unlimited number of websites under one account. If you are looking to manage multiple websites (above 10), we recommend upgrading to an Enterprise plan.

Does Nlytics have a free trial?
Yes! Every plan comes standard with a 14 day free trial. This way, you can make sure Nlytics is the right tool for you and your team!
Is billing per domain?
Yes. Each domain is billed separately. If you have multiple domains, you will be billed for each domain.
Are there yearly discounts?
Yes! You can save up to 20% by paying yearly.
How long is the contract for?
Contract?! Nlytics is billed monthly in a pay-as-you-go model. You can cancel at anytime.

What can I run an A/B test on?
So far, Engine works on text and images. We are working on adding more features to allow you to test sections and entire pages on your website.
How hard is it to setup Engine?
It’s not hard at all! Engine is a fully managed A/B testing platform. We do all the heavy lifting for you. All you have to do is install Nlytics on your website and you’re ready to go!
Setting up tests is also easy! Just select the page you want to run a test on, select the element you want to change, what you want to change the element to, and Ngine will do the rest.

How many sessions can I capture?
We offer unlimited session recordings on all our plans. We want you to capture as many sessions as you need to make informed decisions about your product.
Can I collaborate with my team?
Yes! You can invite your team members to your account and collaborate with them. You can also share your recordings with your team members, log notes, tag sessions, and more.
Is Nlytics GDPR Compliant?
